We were relocating to MD spring of 2016 from Hawaii. We had just a couple of days to house hunt, and had picked out about 15 homes that we wanted to see. After Jennifer showed us the houses, we were pretty discouraged as there was only one house that was a possibility for us, and it was about 45  minutes from my husband’s new job. Jennifer would not let us “settle.” She insisted that we keep looking, and found us two houses that were a closer commute. One was scheduled for an open house the following day, but Jennifer arranged for us to see it almost immediately. We barely made it in the front door, and knew it was the one for us!!!! We put in an offer immediately, it was accepted, and the open house was canceled. We have lived here almost 9 months, and could not be any happier. We first began working with Jennifer in January, 2017. We had worked with another agent prior to Jennifer, who just did not represent our best interest and we were frustrated. We found Jennifer through a family friend. We are so grateful we did!

Jennifer has such a deep knowledge about buying/selling house and about the DC/MD market. From talking to her at our initial meeting, we can tell right away that how much more experienced and knowledgable she is compared to our first agent. During the house searching period, Jennifer worked so diligently and was so patient with us. As first time homebuyers, it took us a while to figure out what type of house we want. Jennifer is very supportive with us exploring different options and in different areas. In fact, she pinned us several times to go out together just to look around.

After each open house, Jennifer always made sure that we have a discussion and considered all the factors, the good and the bad, about the house. She always made sure that we do not make decisions only driven by emotions, which happens a lot for first time home buyers. For the houses we showed some interest, she also brought in her husband (who is also an experienced realtor) and a general contractor to give us some ideas about what renovation we and do and how much the renovation would cost so that we can consider that in making an offer.

She made the negotiation so simple and smooth. Throughout the whole process, we truly felt that Jennifer is on our side. Last but not least, she is always responsive, even at night and on weekends. She clearly demonstrated her professionalism and her goal to make her client the happiest home buyers.
